Perma Damp Guard- EP is a two component water based epoxy coating product highly useful in arresting leakages in walls, ceiling, RCC structures and rising dampness in internal walls. It is a user friendly and easy to use. The coated area exhibits Hydrophobic characteristics.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
SURFACE PREPARATION
Remove the plaster from the leaky surface and clean the area to remove all dust, dirt and deleterious materials. For treating a crack chase the crack into a V shaped groove about 10 mm wide and 5 mm deep.
PRIMING
Brush apply one coat of primer prepared by mixing one part base one part reactor and one part water to the surface to be treated or the sides of the crack to be treated and allow it to dry for 6 to 8 hours.
CRACK FILLING
Mix the base and the reactor components in equal proportion and add white cement and mix it thoroughly to obtain a neat soft consistency paste. Apply this paste to fill the crack completely and evenly. Allow this paste to cure fully for 24 hours before subsequent treatment.
WATERPROOFING TREATMENT
After the primer has dried, mix base and reactor components of Damp Guard-EP and water in the proportion of 1 : 1 : 1 to obtain a uniform consistency and brush apply this onto the primed surface evenly to cover the surface effectively. In demanding situations apply two or more coats. Allow this to dry for 24 hours before application of cement sand render.

SHELF LIFE
Perma Damp Guard- EP has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture if stored in a cool and dry place.
